Run and don't look back! We had tile, carpet, cabinets, and granite done during March and April 2011.
The okay - materials and tile and carpet install was fine.
The bad - cabinets damaged by installer and a floor tile was damaged by granite installers. After 3 weeks of promises to repair, we ended up tracking down the cabinet supplier ourselves and doing cabinet and floor tile repair ourselves!!
Installers don't show when scheduled! Over 4x we were given a time frame and a date and no-one showed nor called. When we called were given a new excuse from each different person we spoke too. Wrong color, computers down, its raining, etc.
Install office not open on Saturday, but installs scheduled on Saturday - so if no-one shows, no-one to call.
When you call upset, they get upset and try to make you believe that you got the time and date wrong!
We were overcharged the balance on our tile by $1000!!! Shereen told us she would credit us the $1000 right away. We have had to set up a dispute with our credit card - still no credit from Fabshow.
Tile as advertised in newspaper and as listed on our invoice as part of kitchen remodel never came. We did deduct the cost from our final payment.
Hard to get a hold of anyone and no-one calls back!! Spoke to Faith finally - told me that she would return my call or have salesperson return call, no-one calls!
In my opinion, they delay install because they have to pay to get materials, so they want to use your down payment as long as possible without having to provide materials. For our last install, they asked if we will be ready to pay right after install is done. We have never been asked by any
