Nothing positive about this company. They take your money, promise a refund if you they fail (through e-mail and verbally), and when they do fail, they won't refund or return your calls or emails. They have numerous investigations open on them for Fraud and if you go to the Department of Real Estate website http://www.dre.ca.gov/cons_drs.asp and look up Fair LEnding Review, LLC, you read the investigation. Stay away, FRAUD ALERT!!!
