My overall experience was very negative. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am female. They quoted me prices and then upon paying, the prices were higher. When I asked why they told me it was due to the labor involved. I had the oil changed, the battery changed, and I needed a tail bulb that I tried to just buy, only they put it in and then charged for labor, which happen to be almost twice the cost of the bulb. I had basic work done and feel that they should know how long it will take to repair and tell the customer up front the total charge for the repair, not tell them one price and then up it when paying.
The work they did was good, my oil and filter are done, and my battery is fine and my car starts on the first try. They do good work, just don't feel they are upfont and ethical with their customers when presenting final bill.
