On 11/20/2010 Mr. John Lee came to my home and gave me an estimate to install a window in my home. After he gave me the estimate and asked for 50% deposit. I gave him a check for the deposit. He stated he was going to install the window on December 8, 2010. When December 8, 2010 came, Mr. John Lee did not show up to install the window. I called him throughout the day and John Lee never returned my call. From Dec 8, 2010 thru December 11,2010 I called him once a day and left messages and he never returned any of my telephone calls. On December 11, 2010 I traveled to Diamond Bar to go to his shop. When I arrived the address on the invoice is a home not a business. Mr. John Lee did send me a check for the deposit, however when I tried to cash the check it "bounced" for insufficient checks. Mr. John Lee has been very unprofessional.
