I was inspired to write this review because I almost didn't order from this company because of all the bad reviews but I'm glad I did.
I got my sofa today (this one)

and a tv stand. Then I was on amazon and I saw the exact same sofa I got for 1900, and I paid 600 for it and free delivery. So I'm pretty happy.
It's also a great sofa. And I didn't have any customer service issues.
They have different numbers for different locations so maybe the problems come from another location. I am in San Diego.
I recommend you call your local number first. It says on the website to call to see when the next delivery day is, so you could call to ask that before you order.
Then you would see how the customer service is.
Anyway, I had good luck. The brand of the sofa (doesn't say it on the website) is bobkana. A lot of the other sofas on there are the same brand. I would recommend this brand cause my sofa looks great and is super comfy.
So if you google bobkana and saw all the pics of their sofas, then looked on furniture 2 go, you could see which ones were the same brand, and I would recommend getting one of those, then it should be good quality.
