My father purchased a red face diamond bezel Rolex from GK Scott for my mother for their 49th wedding anniversary. The watch wasn't keeping time so GK said to send it back. It was the last gift he bought my mother as he passed away shortly thereafter. As you can imagine, it is had great sentimental value.
They told us to send it back for repairs. We have proof of shipment to them. They called us upon receipt and review of the watch and we were told it needed parts from Europe and they still have the watch and refuse to return it or respond to our calls, emails or legal letters. We suspect they have resold it to another buyer as they refuse to respond or return the watch.
We are in the process of filing suit. Be WARNED don't buy from them! They will not respond to you once they have your money!
