The WORST body shop I have ever encountered with. They took advantage of the fact that I was a girl, OVERCHARGED ME, LIED TO ME (they said they replaced the damaged part with a new part but it turned down they replaced it with a used part) then the car had more problems due to incomplete fix and when I told them about this the very RUDE OWNER literally YELLED at me telling they did a perfect job and I am crazy to confront them. Then when I filed with BBB he called me and instead of offering a fix he SCREAMED over the phone and threatened to SUE ME. THis man need to see a Psychiatrist and not run a business. This is not GErmany. It's the United States. Customer Service matters! NOT Lying to Customers and NOT ripping off is CRUCIAL. In any case, do yourself a favor - don't take your car here if you don't want to end up like me.
