After buying a pair of single vision reading glasses for myself, my sister wanted to get a pair. Goggles4u sends frequent emails promoting specials and coupons. At Thanksgiving, they had a very good offer of $10 pairs single vision, limited selection of frames. So I ordered a pair of distance vision on the BlackFriday coupon.
When I was at my sister's house for Thanksgiving dinner -- home-raised turkey, Potatoes Romanoff, yams and sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and corn pudding -- she asked me to order her a pair.
Using her computer, I placed an order. During the checkout process, PayPal required me to relogin several times. The next day, I read the confirmation email at my home. The order had been changed to a different pair of frames. I replied to the confirmation email address.
The next day, not having received a reply to the email I sent notifying them of the error, I contacted Goggles4u via their chat feature on their web page.
It took 45 minutes and a referral to a manager, but ultimately they agreed to send a pair with the correct frames if I paid the shipping. This was fair. The manager then required that I post reviews at resellerrateings.com and trustlink.org.
And so I have.
