Warning!! DO NOT get your Taxes prepared by Gustavo Ramirez. Although they take pride in the number of years they have been in business, they are the least bit professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and not to mention their customer service, or should I say lack of. The staff is trained to put fictitious information to get you the tax highest tax return without the customer's authorization, then the minute you go get audited or need your taxes amended they will refuse because they don't stand by their work. It is very apparent that he does not need the long term business of customers because he can't keep their trust.
