I sold books on half.com in January 2011 with no problems, no returns. My account shows 19.72 pending to me. The problem is, I don't have a bank account on file. I went to the site to update the information, and it did not let me. When I called customer service to tell them, the woman told me to mail my bank account information to billing@half.com. That's ridiculous. Half.com did not reply to the complaint at the BBB. Now I will investigate criminal wrong doing on half.com's part.
This place is beyond description after reading the comments about it, anyone would be crazy to do business on there.
