I had a garage door installed by this company. It malfunctioned many times and I finally had to resort to hiring a different company to resolve the issues. My garage door has worked perfectly since it was subsequently repaired by a different company.

Lynn purchased a new garage door from Heritage and used her existing garage door opener the malfunction that Lynn is talking about is in the existing opener. Were happy lynn was able to find someone to repair her opener and we are sorry we could not have been more helpful
