This company is a total rip off. They told me that I was qualified for a loan modification and that they would help me get our mortgage lowered and possibly our interest lowered. I was stupid enough to pay the upfront fee of $1495.00, which I had to borrow, and now have to pay back with nothing to show for it!
I sent them 42 pages of information that they requested right away, tax returns, salary stubs, copies of utility bills, etc. Every month they would ask for more bank statements, salary stubs,, etc. This has been going on since the first of July. I was/am supposed to be notified weekly of the status of the mod. loan .. I have been notified maybe 5 times that "your paperwork is in review".
My advise, DO NOT deal with this company unless you have money to waste for nothing. I am giving this company a one star rating only because the system won't let me give it a zero.
