Terrible Company
|
Hyundai Motor Finance (and the associated Hyundai dealer) are absolutely terrible companies that are incredibly unorganized. I notified Hyundai Motor Finance multiple times that I had moved in November. I notified them again when I returned my lease in March and again after they came at me in July over a bill they sent to my old address. They still never changed my address and again sent a notification of a change in the amount to my old address. They initially refused to pay out my excess wear and tear damage, and after paying out the excess wear and tear damage, said my bill was almost double what should have been remaining. They never sent an explanation of the increase in the remaining bill but claim it is for property taxes for the entire year and I did not have the car the entire year. The woman on the phone explained that my credit score had already been affected because they failed to change my mailing address so I could receive the change in the bill. The date on the letter for the extra property taxes added on was also after the date she said I was reported for failure to pay. How can you report me for failure to pay before you even notify me, and then again send the notification to an old address you have been informed has changed multiple times?
