Same experience as others. Capital Supply called and pretended to be our normal supply of toner. As I am new I went ahead and ordered with them when they stated that this was the last of their supply and was marked down. I later got a call from what I assume now was IDCSERVCO confirming the order. I should have stopped it then as this person actually sounded as if they doubted the validity of their own order. When I received the toner and went to pay the invoice I realized this vendor was not in our system. I went to check the average internet price against the $350 invoice I had. The average price was $125.
When I called to return the product I got an answering machine. Later "Alice" returned my call and was very rude. It was not a pleasant experience.
Do not deal with these people.

Dear Zachary,
I am glad that you contacted IDCSERVCO regarding the order you received, apparently assigned by Capital Supply Center, but I regret that it was not a pleasant experience for you. Your review does not state if our representative handled the return for you and I want to be sure that the situation was resolved. Please feel free to contact me if you wish, and I will check on it for you.
Sincerely,
Jim Snodgrass
