SCAM!!!

This company is a scam!!! They sent us an invoice for toner we ordered (a set of color toner) back in January. We paid for it and now have received 13 more black toners and are being invoiced for them!!! I have called and spoken to Mike Barrett or Bassett
and he will not give me any credit if I send these toners back!! What am I going to do with 13 black toner cartridges?!?! We maybe go through 2 a year! Mike told me I had ordered a case of black toners back in January, which I never did!! He also had called
multiple times telling me I should be receiving some sort of VISA gift card, of which I never received, nor do I care to. Do not do business with these people! They are crooks!!!
