Integrity Appliance Repair failed to fulfill customer service needs.

Integrity failed to show up to their first scheduled appointment, then failed to follow up on the service job after diagnosis.

Integrity failed to return phone calls, and also failed to show up for another scheduled appointment.

Integrity is flaky, unresponsive and lags with repairs.

We do not recommend Integrity Appliance Repair, especially as a GE warranty service provider.
