I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and its nice to experience great customer service on the other side. After receiving such poor customer service through another company, I contacted Bill at Integy tech support and he was able to ease my mind. We were told at the other company that our battery pack and charger was ordered but turned out there was a mix up with the order, that we'd not be receiving our package, with no apology offered. When I submited an online ticket and Bill, their tech guru at Integy got back to me, he was very helpful and empathetic to our situation. He advised us that there was plenty in stock, the best way to start out is to get a balance charger with 2 packs first along with some other helpful hints on charging and battery storage : ) We ordered from their site Tuesday and received it the following Monday without hassle. I truly appreciate all you've done for us and will highly recommend your company to all my RC friends.
