ICS Integrated Card Services' just charged my account without authorization for $295.00...Asked them for a manual credit card machine to swipe at a show. Sent me a used broken machine (which I paid for separately) after the show was over. Told them to cancel the merchant account after one day and they required it faxed to them, which I did.
Two weeks later the above charge shows up and they will not accept my calls. Many complaints on the web. Stay away from them. Will be filing formal complaint to the State's Attorney's Office for the State of California and of course my bank.
