I signed up with Merchant Services to process credit card fees for a new business. Brian Pelto was patient due to the amount of time needed

now Merchant Services has DOUBLED my monthly fees AND put into Merchant Services collection department for money Merchant Services took out of my business checking account.
In the endless legalise disclosures presented for the future Merchant Services sucker is a paragraph warning the potential business sucker that Merchant Services that they can raise your rates any time they want without any recourse to Merchant Services and without any notice prior to doing so.
The "carrot on a stick" is their lower than everyone else's rates at the beginning of the contract.
And let us not forget the $350.00 cancellation fee if you decide to dump Merchant Services sooner than the 1 year contract due to their exercising their right to raise their rates. Make no mistake in that Merchant Services is a major part of the United States economic problem instead of an economic solution to the United States economy.
Now the monthly statement is sent by email so that it is in every database for anyone to see - as if the US government didn't have easy access to it before - and here is another
B-U-T
the statements aren't even detailed, just a blanket double-billed-monthly-fees size bill that Merchant Services automatically takes out of your checking account with any forewarning just like the way it says it can in its legalise disclosure statement.
For anyone considering the need for future credit card payment services, avoid Brian Pelto and Merchant Services at all costs.

Ria Enjolie - an Indian (not Native American) website developer who cannot meet deadlines, consistently places images under the wrong links, can bill and hit your bank account and credit card with faster than lightening speed, does not work on open repair tickets for weeks at a time all while coming across as customer service friendly.
Other credit card processors - high fees, overpriced merchandise such as credit card machines, leases that are excessive (at the end of the lease you will have paid 2-4 times the upfront cost if you purchased the machine) & on occasion you may find one who doesn't make you sign a contract.
Watch your back when it comes to Merchant Services and go or stay with local banks you know and who know you and can work with you to become successful. Merchant Services is an example of why American citizens do not own the United States any longer.
