So far they have Cost me $160.48 and will not return calls or e-mails.
I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, which I encourage others to do also.

The company has a pattern of complaints which causes us concern. Complainants typically allege misrepresentation of the offer and terms of service, problems cancelling services, billing disputes, and lack of customer service.
