We purchased an 18x48 Ultra Frame Pool 5/14/2012 and it is CRAP! First of all, the liner has several holes, then the connecting pins break with very little pressure! I contacted customer service and filed a claim...HORRIBLE! They are rude and condescending! They want you to cut the liner before the claim is even reviewed...then make sure that the consumer is left with NOTHING to show for the money spent. I am appalled by the way this company operates; selling an inferior product to middle-class household looking to cool off during the hot summer months. PATHETIC!!!! BOO INTEX!!!
