As a homeowner, I picked Irvine Property Management to manage my rental. What a big mistake. I picked them based off the A+ review on the BBB. I do not know how they got that rating, and if it's even worthy trusting the BBB for such reviews. The company is not professional. On different occasions, they cannot keep their dates and meetings correct. I don't expect to be bothered by the Home Owners Association since that's what I pay IPM to take care of, yet I have been contacted by the HOA about complaints against my renter that IPM did not take care of. Now that they switched management, I have not seen any improvements. Instead, I have a late payment to my account, along with an incorrect payment of missing money! I will NOT go with IPM again and I advise anyone thinking about a property management company to look elsewhere.
