At first glance everything seems on the up and up but on more further review, its seems as always " show me the money" we had signed up for a month of sessions prepaid for the month what insurance didn't cover. so great my wife get some help with her back and we are all good. well we decided that since she was feeling better that we should only go on a need to basis. come to find out today 1-30-10 our account was charged $200.00 and there was no courtesy call to let us know of the charge as well as an explanation of why were were being charged. they made three attempts to charge our account and on the third try they were successful. I don't appreciate the fact that this office made transactions with out my knowledge, turns out that we were over drawn because of this. So because of them, our rent will be late because the money we had was going to cover the rest of our rent, and we also incurred a fee from the bank as well to cover pending transactions that we would have been able to pay if not for the Irvine Spine and Wellness Center carelessness and the charging of appointments when none were made. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this facility again.
