I am completely disappointed with Jack Key here in Deming NM.
I recently needed some warranty work done to my Ford truck, when I brought the truck I was treated like dirt because I did not buy my truck from them. I was told I HAD to take my vehicle to where I bought it from to get warranty work done. I called the dealership I bought from, who told me that any and every Ford dealership could and should take care of my vehicle. I live 200 miles from where I bought the truck, and with gas prices it would be nice to not have to drive that far for work that I as a Ford customer should be able to receive locally!
The Service manager was rude, and lied directly to Ford Customer Service. I was forced to call Customer Service when I was told parts would be ordered, and they failed to get parts after 3 months of waiting. In the 3 month wait my truck was damaged further.
At one point Ford's Customer Service Rep called me and said I could go in right away and they would take care of my issues immediately. I jumped in my truck right away, when I got to Jack Key of Deming, I was again rudely told I would have to until the next day as they were too busy to deal with my truck. I looked around the empty service yard, and saw mechanics simply standing there doing nothing!
After 3 months of waiting, with no progress, I resorted to driving 200 miles where I was taken care of within 3 hours and parts were ordered and in stock in under a week!
I will never use Jack Key of Deming, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would never recommend them to friends, family or even enemies!
