Do not create an account with Jib Jab if you plan to cancel your yearly auto-renewal fee. The shady email address they provide for you to cancel your auto-renewal fee does not send a confirmation email letting you know that they have canceled your membership or the auto-renewal fee. Jib Jab will not send you a yearly renewal fee reminder either. Jib Jab has poor customer service because they do not send a yearly reminder which would give the customer the option to cancel BEFORE the auto-renewal fee automatically charged from your account.
I do not have a contact number where I can reach Jib Jab and make sure that the auto-renewal fee has been stopped.
Last but not least, there yearly fee is a rip off, especially since you still have to pay individually for every video you order.
