With companies, this is as low as it gets. I've been playing Warrock for four years, and spent over 400 dollars on it, including a 90 dollar permanent weapon that came with a box that after 7 months has still yet to be shipped. Also they banned me for no reason and since I had a 15 dollar premium , I expected them to at least tell me why, but they didn't and after 4 customer support tickets, they got annoyed, and and for that SOLE reason, banned my other account that I had been using for the whole span of 4 years. This is a sad company and I wish for it to be shut down and the game license given to another company.
