We used K&M Law to modify our loan, and they were very successful in getting us everything we had hoped for. It took about 6 months for the entire process. They were very professional, and effective. I think I would have been worried and skeptical if dealing with the banks by myself. They explained everything to us, and the waiting was extremely difficult, but in the end we couldn't have been more satisfied. It is a gamble, but it can pay off. We are elated!
