I placed an order on www.keyaskreations.com September 29, 2010. The site is very well put together. I gave my debit card information to the site to be billed. On October 2, 2010 my debit card was charged for the item. However, three weeks later and I still have not received my order or my refund.
I sent a letter to the company stating I was putting BBB on notice about the way they handled my order. Well, the owner of the company called me and apologized. She told me she would refund my money. She certainly seemed genuinely sorry. She said she did not realize the site was still operating and that she was not sure if the product I ordered was even in stock. None the less she said she would still send me out a trial pack of items and my refund. But that was a week ago and I still have no product or refund. Please consider yourself warned about this company.
