I'm surprised to find this company under "miscellaneous products manufacture". Based on good reviews by their customers & in Los Angeles Times Home magazine I drove $7K miles looking for the perfect site, sold my only home, labored a year on the slope & paid several engineers for its complete readiness for my retirement home. They never managed to deliver accurate plans & Gordon Steen, company owner, died. My total investment of $200,000 including winning a judgment to recover took a major portion of my retirement nest egg. The rest I had to spend on buying a real home (not "products" in another state, abandoning the lovely site in the Mother Lode.
