I researched companies on line to assist with loan modifications & looked for a company specifically that wouldn't charge me until after the modification was complete. Mr Rod Deza promised that his company would not do that. Contract was signed. Numerous calls & 3 payments later, they refuse to talk to me. No modification was completed. I have requested a refund but cannot reach anyone anymore. The person who was drawing out the money from my account now has an invalid email.
