Ihave been with this office since 2008 or 2009 and initially the service was great.Until I needed major work done, someone mentioned how rude Nicole is, they are right she is very unprofessional and incompetent and a punk. She messed up with my file so bad when confronted she went running like a female dog with her tail between her legs because she knew she was wrong. The female dental assistants all fight to assist Dr.B especially when he is working on a female patient. So pathetic. They do try to over charge for services so if you have insurance you can always call and get pricing yourself to make sure you pay the right amount.You can also ask the insurance company to check what the office charged, they like to charge for services not rendered. If you find that they are your insurance company can get them for fraud and file a complaint on your behalf and you can take them to court. Dr. B is a great dentist its just his incompetent staff that is the problem. They also tried to tell me that my son needed braces when he actually didn't. I'm so glad my mom was a bookkeeper for several dental offices and know all their tricks.The only positive thing about the office is the referral they send to the dental office across the parking lot where their service is excellent. FYI always follow up with your insurance company after any encounter with Pest ,oops I mean Krest Family Dental.
