On January 29 I paid $320.63 to have a photo taken. As specified in the service agreement, the photograph was to be placed in front of a rainbow background. I explained that I needed the photo within two weeks for a commercial project. Though the written agreement said "Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.." I was told at the time that I would have my photo, complete with rainbow background, "within two weeks."
After I filed several complaints, the CD containing the photos finally arrived on March 14, more than six weeks later. The photos on the CD vary in quality. None of the photos contain the rainbow background as specified in our written agreement. Therefore I can't use them in this project. I am now about to take appropriate steps to try to recover the $320.63.
I've observed there have been numerous complaints against this business. Quite number of people, including me, have been bilked out of hundreds of dollars. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for an honest portrait studio avoid Lasting Impressions Portrait Studios.
