Waiting on Payment

We originally began our relationship with this company when it was Friend Communications. At some point Leisure Interactive quietly took over and that is when the issues began.
LI accepts online reservations and payments for said camping stays for our campground. The original contract has guidelines for when payment will be forwarded to our account based on date reservation was made vs date of actual stay.
Since LI took over we have had to contact them to receive funds due. And it takes several emails and voice mail messages to accomplish a resolution. You can't get a live person to answer the phone to save your life!
We are currently waiting for LI to forward funds that are payable for ALL of our 2016 reservations and camping stays. I've left 5 voice mail messages and submitted a request via online support. I received one return phone call that indicated my issue was being forwarded to the "Settlement Department". When pressed for a contact I was told that they would be in touch with me.
