worthless people i ordered four items and only three of the items arrived and when i called to notify them that they didnt send one item they said that i had to wait another 10 days to receive my item mind you this was due to their mistake so then i had waited another 10 days and it still isnt here so i called to check on status and she said that she didnt send it because i put negitive feedback on amazon. every bit of the feedback was true and my true opinion that i have every right to express. and now she said that she wont ship it or refund me my money until i remove my feedback. no wonder they have 93% positive rate because they threaten anyone that leaves negitive feed back. and she repeatly hangs up on me when i ask for a supervisor worst customer service ever.
