I'm going to make this short and simple.
9/5 - Ordered jeans online with overnight delivery,
9/6 - Labor Day Holiday (no shipment on this day because no one's working),
9/7 - Customer called to check shipping status and was told it would ship the next day.,
9/8 - Customer called to check shipping status and was told it would ship the next day.,
9/9 - Customer called to check shipping status and was told it would ship the next day. Customer calls to cancel order but finds he/she cannot cancel due to the fact that it is supposedly processing.,
9/10 - Customer will "AGAIN" have to follow up with a company that fails to have it's staff take care of select customers.,
I don't think the customer should have to work this hard or be this frustrated over something so small. Businesses should not advertise overnight shipping if it ships in more than 3-5 business days. Although the company tried to credit some shipping charges back to me I found that the order was always in the ever-present "pending" status.
WARNING: ORDERING ITEMS ONLINE MAY CAUSE FRUSTRATION AS WITH MY EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I HAVE CHOSEN TO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY FROM THIS DAY FORWARD DUE TO ALL OF THE RUNNING AROUND I HAD TO PERFORM.
