On 5/6/10, I googled mother's day flower delivery and this website popped up on the right side. It didn't work so I copied pasted it to a new browser window. I ordered the flowers in the amount of $41.85(I have the receipt) to be delivered to my mother on 5/7/10. The flowers were never delivered. I called customer service @ 800-220-0018 and the rep was rude and said she was ONLY able to take orders. She didn't know where they were located and she said she was the only one in the office. When I told her I will continue to call back and accused them of beign a fraudulent business, she gave me to her "supervisor" named Raymond. He, also said he was ONLY able to TAKE orders and couldn't even look up the order. He said someone will call me back probably within 20 minutes.. When I reviewed this customer review website with several people experiencing the same thing, I immediately contacted my bank and got new debit cards to avoid these people from stealing our bank account information. No one ever called back....
