This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day (5-9-10). Not only did the flowers show up late (Monday) but they showed up wilted and NOT what I ordered. The florist that delivered them also had the nerve to tell me mom "he drove 35 minutes out of his way to bring her the flowers". I called GoFlorist.com every day last week to get answers - all I wanted was a new bouquet sent to my mom. I was told 3 times that I would receive a call back from customer service. Finally after a week of calling straight, I was put through to the most foul woman I have ever spoken to who claimed "she was the boss". This woman was not only rude and interruptive but blatantly does not care for her customers or her business. I filed a claim with my bank to dispute the charges and will be reporting this company to the BBB. GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU CAN FOR FLOWERS and you will get better quality and service.
