i purchase bed about year ago in city furniture,paid insurance for something that i dint now for what,10 months after bed start sinking .i call city furniture and they send somebody from mattress marshals.bed was sinking about 1inch and halfand.didnt have any stain on the bed only lil mark on the box.person from mattress marshal report stain on the bed.he left my place so quick that i couldnt reach him.finnaly they told me my warranty expire because of lil stain that not exist.now i am stock with sinking bed.
