Hi, my name is Susan. I live in Houston, Texas. I am writing basically to let other people know about my experience with this Maverick Real Estate Investments.
When I first read their website, I was uncertain. Perhaps skeptical. First, I never heard of them or property scouting. I didn’t know if they were legitimate or not. But I talked with a few friends in the commercial real estate business. I checked the Better Business Bureau. Plus I chatted with their customer service people on their website and then got a personal phone call from one of the people in their management. There was no pressure or hard sell at all.
The real question I wanted to know was can someone really make money doing property scouting. And the question is how long will it take.
I can tell you this. They are serious about wanting me to succeed. The training is thorough and the support I receive is great. You should see how detailed the training is. There’s audios, videos and written training online. It’s really good.
Now that I’ve jumped in, there’s no doubt in my mind they are serious about commercial real estate, and I like the work. Yeah, it’s work but it is fairly easy work. And you really can do it part time.
I hope this helps someone. I wish I had someone’s opinion when I was thinking about signing up.
