We bought a mini dirt bike for our 8 year old son. HIS FIRST DIRT BIKE EVER!!! It was a nightmare froim the very beginning. We ordered it online for Christmas. That was in November. We never actually received a bike until December 20th. The bike we did receive was cracked in some places. My husband wanted to make sure it started before my son opened it up on Christmas. When my husband pulled the starter, it broke off in his hand. Just looking at the bike, my husband questioned the integrity of it. So he called to see about just getting a refund. A secretary told him if it had gas in it, it was now considered USED!!!! How ridiculous. It never worked! What everyone has said about them not answering is true. They have it on a loop and it just keeps saying the same thing. We are so disappointed. My son is devastated. I can't believe these people can do this, especially to children, and still sleep at night. I would definitely be interested in going in with anyone else who would like to do something to this company to make them stop! They are pitiful, and just like another writer said, I hate myself for not checking with the BBB!!!! What a mistake. It's all in writing! They are a terrible, fraudulant, lying company! Don't ever buy from them! EVER!
