Two weeks after ordering a mini motor bike from USA Pocket Bikes, it still had not been delivered. I wanted to cancel the order and just purchase it else where. USA Pocket Bikes promised me a $25 refund to my card as well as give me a high performance air kit so that I would not cancel.
Another two weeks went by and the bike finally showed up, but damaged. I filed a claim with Fed Ex and they promptly refunded money to USA Pocket Bikes ($140.65)for the damage and USA Pocket Bikes is now to replace the damaged parts on the bike. Never happened.
So... now I have not only never recieved the promised refund and air filter kit, but the factory new bike I purchased showed up damaged - Fed Ex reimburssed them for the damage, and then USA Pocket Bikes just kept the money and failed to supply me with replacement parts.
BEWARE OF THIS SHADY OEGANIZATION!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!
