I purchased a MEADE ETX 80 BB. And needed customer support concerning the focusing twist knob. However, after six months being put on hold, told to "call back after lunch, we'll be right with you...RIGHT!, just no help I've gone to other brands with MUCH success. I'm now happy to have another brand and REAL CARING customer service. Here in Japan, even the locals tell me they always have trouble with Meade's rude customer service. It's a shame I like MEADE but can not get assistance. Mike
