I had a horrible experience with Melrose Mac. They lost all my information! I paid them to rescue my info on a hard drive that crashed...they did! I paid them and took home the drive, there was nothing on it..just an empty folder. So i called..they said they keep everything backed up on their server for 30 days and to just come back. I did and when they went to put it back on they realized they did not back it up! I was heart broken...all those years of pictures and songs I have written were gone! When I asked for my money back they said ok...then the next day they said I had to sign a paper saying that they were not liable. That's when I had it. I wrote a letter to the owner and he said they will not give me my refund at all! I wrote to the BBB, Yelp, and told as many people as I could not to go there..and will continue to do my best to let people know about my experience. I would hope that in the future they would be more responsible for their actions and would refund when they have not done there job.
