I recently had a crown reglued in this office. Later in the day I noticed that it was not aligned properly. I called the office and an appointment was made for the following day. After being seated in the chair and a conversation that lasted probably less than 5 seconds, this dentist refused to correct the problem because he did not do the initial work.
The point is this is the same office I paid my money to but was refused service to correct the problem. I was told I could come back when the other dentist was there, (next week). I asked the office staff why they even made this appointment if they knew nothing would be done. All I received was a shrug of the shoulders and a "sorry".
