I am Vijay Singh, I retained meridian law center to modify my Rental Property in ny, I was 4 months behind on my mortgage payments totalling about some $17k. I thought of selling my home in short-sale one of my friend referred them to me.
I paid them $3000 they modified my loan with Bank of America to 3% 5 year, then 4% for 1 year & 5% for life of the loan. I am saving $580.00 on my monthly mortgage payment. I will save the fees paid to them in first 5 months. I will be making my first modified payment on sep 1st. i cant express my gratitude to meridian law center. thank you soo much
