Carl Vince, Mountain View Termite Inc STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL License Number 10616 Terrible terrible service! This is worst pest control company--do not use this service. My tenants hired them for a problem with roof rats. The service was "no show" several
times, and then we insisted to give us a try and we would be satisfied, so we did. The service was terrible, they did not come when they said -causing my tenant grief, and when they found the dead rat-they never came back to pick it up. So several calls, and
we decided to stop service after 4 months. We paid our bill and we thought that was enough...but 2 months later- my tenant get a bill in the mail, allegedly for service. We don't have a clue a to how they did anything. When I called to tell Carl Vince we do
not want heir service-again explaining we did not agree to any additional services, the manager ?? told me we had a contract. I am so sorry they are so desperate they pull that after we were clearly not satisfied with and terminated service 2 months before.
BEWARE - So... In order to buy my house, I had to pay for fraudulent charges for services I had never received. Niiiiice... Stay away. FAR away. They are unreliable and downright dishonest.
