Great customer service

My husband had made a subscription purchase through a web site that this company handles the transactions for. He never cancelled the membership and I saw the two recurring charges on my credit card bill. I called their customer service center and wanted to speak to the merchant to get some of the charges removed. The friendly rep told me that Netbilling handles the processing and customer service on behalf of the merchant but had the authority to refund up to 60 days for non-use. This was exactly what I was hoping for. I don't write company reviews often but wanted to in this case because of the professional way that this was handled. Call centers are sometimes very hard to deal with but in this case, the call was answered quickly, and my issues were handled immediately. Thank you Netbilling for the great service. Amanda
