I have been working with them for over 2 months trying to get the payoff on my previous vehicle processed. At this time, I am having to make double payments on my vehicle. This company does not follow up with their clients. They do not care that we are in this situation and that they fact that our current lender hasn't received payment. They keep making promises and do not follow through. How hard is it to look and see that the check you sent wasn't cashed? If it wasn't, then issue another one. Hello??!? They care only about making sales and once they have your signature, they do not return calls or care about you. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have filed a claim with the BBB and I am hoping that I can get out of this without losing too much money. If you read this and don't run away, it's your fault.
