I am posting this positive review to thank NCAG for the great work and service they've provided for me. I'm a CPA and I tried to get my own mortgage modified through Bank of America and they kept asking me for more documents every 2 weeks. They kept telling me they didn't recieve my fax and they needed updated documents. They strung me along for 10 months then denied me. I tried a couple of free govt agencies and they are all a scam b/c they didn't follow through.I did a lot of research online and I am so thankful to God I went online and found NCAG. I was working with a counselor, Nade. He walked me through the process and let me know what to expect and their team was great communicating with me the entire process. They got me caught up on my 6 late mortgage payments and reduced my monthly payments from $2485 down to $1,612. He saved our family from losing our home and I am so thankful to Nade, Jen, and the processing team at NCAG. I recommend all of my clients to NCAG including my own brother. From a financial professional,NCAG ish ighly ethical, honest company that follows through, honest, and do the best work.
