Buyer beware!!
Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't answer phone, so you have to communicate via email, and they don't want to take responsibility for any issues. Read all reviews, every word is true, and I am dealing with it now! I wish someone showed me the BBB site, I would have NEVER ordered my pool from them. They will tell you they are the only ones that can get pools... NOT TRUE!! NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT, USE ANOTHER POOL COMPANY!!
